The only way to register for Holiday Fun Week 2012.
All registration forms for Holiday Fun Week will only be available for download from this website.
You will need to print a registration form for each child attending (including Crèche).
The forms need to be completed in full and returned with payment (cheque preferred) on the Registration day which will be held on: Sunday 11 March, 2012 between 2-4pm, The Methodist Church, The Drive, Banstead.
If you are unable to download the forms, please contact your Church Rep.
